We are an inclusive social association. For us, that means every child is supported in the way they need it, not according to a fixed scheme. Alongside knowledge, we place particular focus on social and emotional skills, so children get along well with one another and build trust in themselves.

Everyday multilingualism
Many families with us speak more than one language at home. We don't see that as an obstacle but as a strength, and we support children with targeted language support in feeling secure in German as their second language, without devaluing their first language.
Working closely with families
Support works best when kindergarten and family pull in the same direction. We stay in regular contact with parents, openly and as equals.
